Shipping Policy

We have three main priorities when it comes to shipping:

  • Making sure your order arrives safely to you.

  • Using environment-friendly packing materials, reducing carbon footprint.

  • Saving your money.

All of our shipping materials are either reused, recycled, or biodegradable, including our bubble wrap.


Processing & Fulfilment

All orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT Time Monday to Friday are processed on the same day, all orders placed after will start processing the next business day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day. 

Please allow a processing time of 2 to 3 business days from the time of placing your order for your order to ship. With larger crystals, it may take a little longer to pack and ship your order; we want to ensure your crystal arrives safe and sound! During peak periods, processing time may take longer. 

Package does not ship from our distribution center on weekends or the following national holidays:

International Shipping

All products on are available for international shipping. We ship to almost all major countries on a DDU ( Delivery Duty Unpaid ) basis. Packing slips for international shipments cannot be marked as a “gift”.

Please be aware that the shipping charges are not inclusive of any customs or import duties & taxes. ( please read our custom & import duties section below). 

Note: All international orders are non-refundable and all sales are final. Please read our Return & Replacement Policy page.


Shipping Cost 

We provide the best service to our buyers and ship it very quickly at the rate we have agreed to on our site. You pay actual shipping costs during checkout based on the order product weight and destination of the item in the order. Payment of shipping will be collected with the purchases.

Price will be the final price for the shipping cost to the customer.



Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. 

To track an order on, visit the account information area. You will need to sign in to access your account information. Click your current order in the "Order History" under the "My Account" page. If you find a tracking number then you know your order has shipped and you can use this number to look up tracking information on the "Track Your Order" web page.

Note: sometimes shipping companies take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.


Custom & Import Duties

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. For many countries, there is no legal requirement that you must hire a customs broker to clear imports. However, we recommend you work with a licensed customs broker because only customs brokers have the knowledge and experience to complete the duties of clearing goods through customs. Engage with an experienced customs broker to avoid mistakes, delays, or extra costs. 


  • Note: Please check custom duties and taxes before placing your order at
  • For whatever reason the package is seized by customs officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the same condition.


    Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

    Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once shipped out. In case of submitting the wrong address please inform us within 12 hours of placing your order. 

    If you want to ship multiple items to different addresses we request you to please place different orders for each delivery address. 

    In case the address and zip code do not match, the customer will bear the cost of any such penalties fees. Customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.

    Billing address is the address where a customer gets his bills. A shipping address is an address where the customer wants to receive his shipment. So please put the correct address ”shipping address” 

    We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs.


    Local Pick up

    You can pick up your order from our India warehouse. You’ll receive an email that your order is ready for pickup. Bring your government-issued photo ID, your order number, and the credit card used for purchases (if a credit card was used) when picking up your items.

    We’ll hold your items for 5 days; if you don’t make it in by then, we’ll cancel your order and refund your method of payment. You may also contact us and inform our customer service of extended pickup.

     Note: Currently we are allowed local pick up from our India warehouse only.


    Delay In Delivery

    DHRUVCART shall not be liable for any delay in performance hereunder due to unforeseen circumstances or due to causes beyond DHRUVCART control, including but not limited to force majeure, acts of government, military conflicts, and delay in transportation or customs formalities transport damages, energy shortages or labor disputes and delay in delivery or inability to deliver by DHRUVCART’s supplies.

    In unlikely circumstances when we’re not able to send your order or replacement due to unavailability of the products in our warehouse, we will inform you within a maximum of 3 working days from the date of place order.

    Title to Products

    Purchases of products through are subject to a destination contract. Dhruv cart is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery.
