Refund/Return/Exchange Policy

             *REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS ONLY* offers a very transparent and simple Return & Replacement policy:



No refund request will be accepted after purchase. Buyers will only be eligible to apply for an item exchange within 7 days from the delivery. Buyer can only exchange items of goods value not including shipping charges previously paid. 

If a company finds that certain products are out of stock after placing an order, the company will request buyers they can select alternate or similar items. If none are accepted by them then we'll promptly offer refunds against non-deliverable goods.

Note: We do not accept exchanges for customised & stock clearance items.

*Please do not leave neutral or negative feedback without giving us a chance to make things right - we love to keep our buyers happy. 



  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Items must be returned in original condition.

  • Buyer is responsible for any loss or damage in value.

  • Replacement for items are subject to inspection and checking by the Dhruvcart team.

  • Shipping charges will be waived on replacement items only in the case of damage due to our own packing.

  • Shipping charges for replacement items that were lost or damaged by Shipping Company or customs negligence will not be refunded.

  • In case of return of faulty items, exchange will no longer be eligible.


Policy on receiving a damaged package

When you contact us about a damaged package, please make sure to document the damaged package with the carrier before accepting delivery.

All packages are insured, but if damage occurs and it is not documented on delivery, the carrier has the ability to deny the claim. is not responsible for damaged freight.


Policy on receiving missing or wrong goods

Any shortages need to be reported within 48 hours of the delivery time and include a photograph of the contents received, and clearly identify the missing item(s) from your order. We cannot be responsible for shortages after this period of time so please report us in the time frame.


Policy on manufacturing defects

If you received a product with manufacturing defects then please contact us within 7 days from the delivery.

Note: Due to the handmade nature of our products and the use of Natural Crystals, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items. This is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade item along with the contribution of mother nature.


Policy on stock clearance & customised goods

Any custom & stock clearance goods cannot be returned & replaced.


Order Cancellation 

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Any order for customisation cannot be cancelled after 48 hours of order placement.

Q. I am returning a stone for exchange. How should I send it?

In case you are replacing crystal stone, please take the following steps:

  • Contact Customer Support and get a Replacement Authorization.

  • Arrange a package to send out to us within 15 days of the time period.

  • Ensure that you keep all original objects that are accompanied with order. Eg. goods like original packing, accessories, lab certificate(if any), discount coupons, etc.

  • Pack the goods very carefully and send out only through a reputable courier with insurance of the package. Share tracking information with us. You can find our address on our packaging or on the return authorization note.

  • Write your full name on the box and order no. for references.

  • It is important for you to mark up your package as a “ Return” on any customs or export paperwork. If this is not correctly filled in, customs in the country where you return the package may hold the package and request a tax and duties payment to release it.

  • Do not write the name or any crystals stone, jewellery related words on the outside of the box, as it may attract unwanted attention and theft of the package.


Q. Where do I need to return my item?

Q. How long will it take to exchange my product?

  • Once your package has arrived at our facility it will take a few days ( In some cases it can take up to 10-15 days ) for us to process your request. During this period our warehouse team will verify everything you have sent us. As soon as we get confirmation from our warehouse, we will get back to you via email to confirm and finalise the process. 



If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
